This chapter offers many ways to start your day on the right foot—even on those days when you get up on the wrong side of the bed. I like to make whole grains part of my morning routine, whether it’s with oatmeal (with berries or chocolate) or Morning Grain Bowls. When I sit down with my family, some of our favorite breakfast go-tos are French Toast with Berry Drizzle, Burrito Breakfast Bake, and Skillet Sweet Potato Hash.
