Summer PINEAPPLE-GINGER JUICE

Think of this pineapple-ginger juice as the perfect Goldilocks drink—it’s not too green and not too sweet but finds just the right balance between heat from the ginger and lightness from the pineapple. Juice novice or not, this is a beautiful drink to enjoy when a taste for a classic green juice arises. —MR

SERVES 3 TO 4

2 medium cucumbers

½ pineapple, peeled and cored

5 celery stalks

½” to 1” (1.3- to 2.5-cm) piece fresh ginger

Simply add all of the ingredients to your juicer and juice slowly. Store the juice in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Also, if you like your juice on the sweeter side, just add more pineapple; and if you like it spicier, add more ginger.
