TOOLS Candles for ambience (optional) Lighter or matches (optional)
INGREDIENTS ½ cup (120 ml) Full Moon water (see tip) | ¾ cup (245 g) Epsom salt | 1 large handful dried rose petals | 1 apple, sliced | 4 drops vanilla essential oil | Your favorite fresh flowers
This soothing bath is the perfect end to a day of self-care, ideally following some hearty cooking and a good book. Simply lie back and relax, feeling nurtured, loved, and supported.
Draw your water, light your candles, and add your ingredients to the water with intent, one by one. Sink into your bath and take several deep breaths. Focus on relaxing each of your body parts while your eyes are closed, and feel the enveloping sensation of the water around you. Breathe deeply and inhale the scents arising from your beautifully fragranced bath. Let the warm water cradle you, supporting your limbs and soothing your soul.
Once you feel fully soaked, collect the apple slices and other ingredients to gently rub over your body so that they may soak up any old energy fully and completely. If you feel comfortable, this bath is also an excellent opportunity to practice some sacred sensuality and sexual self-love, using the climax to intentionally focus on a self-love goal. Visualize the energy of your climax being directed and targeted toward this personal goal.
