Cooking from scratch saves a lot of money, and because you’re not relying on packaged foods, it’s more eco-friendly, too. In this chapter, you’ll learn to make your own pizza crust, breads, dressings, sauces, and more. We also love making our own nut milk (see Almond Milk on page 224).
