My mom has been using Herb in beauty treatments for decades. Here are a few of her tips for incorporating Herb into your overall health, beauty, and wellness routine.
Steep some Herb in boiling hot water, then add it to your bath with some lavender, rose petals, eucalyptus, fever grass (lemongrass), and/or citrus rounds.
Add some decarbed Herb to the Aloe and Sugar Body Scrub.
Add Herb to herbal tea (see here for more on this).
Add Herb to just-boiled hot water, set your face over the bowl, drape a towel over your head, and breathe in the steam.
