OTHER WAYS TO CHILL WITH HERB

My mom has been using Herb in beauty treatments for decades. Here are a few of her tips for incorporating Herb into your overall health, beauty, and wellness routine.

SOAK IN IT: Steep some Herb in boiling hot water, then add it to your bath with some lavender, rose petals, eucalyptus, fever grass (lemongrass), and/or citrus rounds.

SCRUB WITH IT: Add some decarbed Herb to the Aloe and Sugar Body Scrub.

DRINK IT: Add Herb to herbal tea (see here for more on this).

STEAM IN IT: Add Herb to just-boiled hot water, set your face over the bowl, drape a towel over your head, and breathe in the steam.
