Meet the Authors
Victor Rubel, Ph.D.
Loyd Auerbach, M.S.
Joseph W. McMoneagle, CW2, US Army, Ret., CStS
The following individuals contributed greatly to the material in ESP Wars, through interviews and contributed writings. We include their biographies to show the high level of our source material.
DISCOVER CROSSROAD PRESS
We dedicate this book to those heroes both in the US and in Russia who, at times, put their careers at risk in defending the value of ESP not only for spying but also because of its vast implications across the totality of human experience. We still have a long way to go before the unfettered acceptance of ESP as a normal human experience.

For May, the pièce de résistance is the drawing in the upper left side of Figure 2. “Perhaps it is not as visually compelling as other examples, but for me, at least, ‘He nailed it!’ Not only did Joe accurately describe exactly what was going on, but also by his drawing indicated the spread of the electromagnetic radiation, which matched the known beam angle of the device.” The actual device is shown on the top of this figure.

APPENDIX
In 2000, the CIA declassified and released 86,347 pages of the Star Gate record. The released data consist of proposals, final and draft reports, RV session details, experimental data, notes, memos, transmittal slips, routing slips, handwritten notes, academic literature from published sources, newspaper clippings etc. The three documents presented in the Appendix came from that collection to illustrate the high level of support the program enjoyed and to show the level of analysis and support for the program.
