The big question is, of the experiments currently brewing, which will be the ones to stick and transform the industry once again? Amazon has already been a phenomenal catalyst for change in areas like delivery, checkout and voice technology, and is almost singlehandedly shaping the future of retailing in the Western world. Here are our predictions:
In summary, Amazon is not your average retailer because it’s not actually a retailer. It’s a tech company whose sole purpose is perpetual innovation on behalf of their customers. And it happen to sell a lot of stuff in the process.
