The Chickpea “Tuna” Salad Sandwich (page 91) has been one of our lunchtime standards for years (you can also enjoy it as a wrap, a side, or just a snack), and Allison’s Pot Pie (page 73)—though a little more labor-intensive than most of our recipes—is the ultimate comfort food dish.
